Well, Teje, no thunder but definitely rain here. We really do need it after the drought summer!! Your butterfly zip pouch is so sweet. I love to do that crochet, also, but haven’t done anything that cute! Am totally envious of your garden prospects. Things, here, are settling in for the winter and brown is the dominant color!!!!! Hugs…Doreen
Thank you so much Doreen! I think we have so much brown, dry ground in summer but now green is very strong! I love to crochet but knitting is quicker. x Teje
Interesting that you would say that knitting is quicker than crochet….most ppl feel the opposite but maybe because they do very simple crochet and not beautiful butterflies!!!!!
Ooooh! I love those polka dots
The pouch is beautiful! Have you thought about making them to fit an i-Pad or Kindle or even a laptop to put in your shop? I’m so pleased the storm has now gone. We are back to rain again! Avis x
Thank you so much Avis! I would love to make those covers but because I don’t have any of those very common ‘cumputers’ I haven’t thought it. I could take the measurements from a friend … perhaps I should make one and see how it works. Thank you for engouriging! No rain today! … yet. x Teje
The websites of the products and also Amazon have all the dimensions if you need them. Just a thought…
That’s great! Thank you Avis! x Teje
Oh your butterfly pouch is soooo lovely. I already had an urge to have a go at some little zipper pouches and now you have inspired me even more. Just need to grab the time to do it.
Thank you Patch! Do make pouches! They are fun small projects even in the beginning the zipper may cause white hairs. But there are lots of great tutorials if needed. I hope you find time soon! x Teje
What a lovely purse Teje and the butterfly is very beautiful. Glad your garden is greening up..how lovely to see a rainbow that long. Enjoy your crafting,
Jane x
Thank you Jane! Today we see some sun after so much rain, so I’m on my way out with Nero and Hanna! x Teje
Lovely pouch! You know how much I adore butterflies. This is such a great way to frame your crochet piece and attach it to an everyday item so you can see it all the time. Lovely!
Thank you Terri! I know you love butterflies and I remember your wonderful post with lots of butterflies! x Teje
I love the butterfly and the pouch, Teje … off to see if I can find a butterfly pattern as I feel the sudden need to make one!
Thank you Fiona! I hope you find a pattern, because this one is only in Finnish. I haven’t found time to try to translate it. x Teje
Lucky you to have such a rainbow, here in my little German corner it’s been foggy and grey these past few days. I’m in awe of your butterflies, I would have no clue how to make those!
Thank you Kerstin! I have made quite many butterflies now and still need to check the pattern. x Teje
another beautiful bag,youare so clever! x x
Thank you Benta! I don’t about clever but mind full of ideas. x Teje
just adorable, i love the red and the butterfly! and the rainbow, wow! it is so huge! enjoy your beautiful garden teje!
Thank you Lori! x Teje
The butterfly pouch is a gorgeous make, Teje! It would be a wonderful gift! Amazing rainbow photo! Enjoy your week and your sunny garden.
Helen x
Thank you Helen! No more sunshine, rain and thunder again … fortunately there is always lot of things to do inside. x Teje
Lovely pouch, Teje!
It’s raining here constantly, and no snow anywhere anymore. I wish your days will be filled with sunshine and happy creations!
Yours,
Mia
Thank you Mia! Sorry to hear about your rain, I know the snow would be much better. Lots of rain here, too and thunder and freightened dogs … no more thunder please! I know you are very busy, hopefully you find moments to enjoy candle light, fireplace and what ever helps during this dark season! x Teje
Hi there! Just found you via Cindy’s newsletter. I love your makes and your blog looks stunning (as is your photography and location!). I love to crochet too and your butterfly pouch is so inspiring. I’m not sure how to follow you via wordpress (I’m with blogger) but I will be reading your future posts with interest. Best wishes, Judith xo
Thank you so much Judith! I’m happy you found me and like my blog and works! Easiest way to follow me is to enter my blog address to your Blogger dasboard. I use that for all the blogs I follow. Blogspot blogs have often the ‘follow box’- if not, I add their blog address (like wordpress blogs, too) to the list of blogs I follow. x Teje
The other easy way to follow blogs is to subscribe by adding your e-mail address (up in my sidelist) and then you get e-mail when I have write a new post. Sunny wishes! x Teje
Very pretty and I miss the rainbows of summer. We are prepping for snow. I am looking forward to snuggling under newly made quilts and crocheting little amigurumi.
Thank you so much Vicki! How fun that we have rainbows only in winter when it’s raining here. during the summer we may have 5 months without raing or rainbows. x Teje
That’s a great use of your crochet butterfly, lovely that it is an item that you can use everyday and see it there.
Thank you so much Carol! I think it looks quite happy! x Teje
I’m with you, Teje. I like a hint of Christmas so things can be used all year round. I love the red polka dots contrasting with the lovely white butterfly.
Thank you so much Pam! x Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
