Thank you for my presents!

Hello my Dear Friends! It’s a hot summer evening and I shall write this post today no matter how late it will be, because shame on me, I’m very late with these thanks! I want to thank my blog friends Avis and Jane who have sent to me amazing presents!

Once I said to Avis from ‘Oh Sew Tempting’, that I don’t think I have ever made cross stitching. I think we must have made something at school, because we tried everything, but I can’t remember. After a while Avis wrote to me and said that she likes to sent to me a present! And look what I received! All these goodies!

She sent to me a kit to make cross stitch cards! There is everything – cards, needle, threads, designs and even some tiny beads! She had made special designs and one with my name! I have tried … don’t say that I have done my best, but still tried! This is fun but needs concentration because those holes in the ‘fabric’ are really small and it’s not easy to count them for the design. I began with Avis design but then I realized that I just have to practise first, so I started to make flowers and leaves … I think for this first experience I just fill my card with colourful flowers and green leaves.

I know that doesn’t look much yet, but I have been busy … really! Thank you so much Avis!!! These are all the time with me because I know that there will be moments that I’m away from home and just sitting and waiting something, so then it’s so nice to have this small (only in size) project with me! Avis has a wonderful blog and  she makes so beautiful quilts! I have found so much inspiration and good ideas from her! 

Then I was one of the lucky girls who won in Jane’s give away! Jane writes lovely blog ‘Jane’s Journal’ and she makes adorable jewelries and amazing cards!

I couldn’t have wished better present from Jane! Thank you so much!!! I like very much England and fortunately I have been there few times – just not enough! I won a bag charm where is a tea pot and a tea bag and England’s colours!

Now I just have to make a bag, beautiful enough to go with this lovely charm! I do need an evening bag, even perhaps there won’t be second night out this summer … but every girl needs to have an evening bag, or what. I just love this charm! And look the card she sent with the bag charm …

Now it’s late … summer evening and we can hear music and sounds from celebration … poor Nero is affraid … better to go inside. But I couldn’t leave you without one crafty photo and let it be this time w.i.p at the moment on my sewing table …

… like I have any time for sewing, but this is a quick project! If it’s going to be like the idea in my mind, you will see more.
