‘My view from FINLAND’ part 5

It’s FABRIC time!!!! Do you recognize these …

… and now I’m sure you would love to have some coffee!!!

Surprise – I have managed to pack everything! I have still one day … there is one interesting exhibition …

And you know – today began World Championships Ice Hockey in Helsinki and just now Finland is playing the first game!!!

Thank you so much for joining my journey here in Finland! Thank you also so much for all your sweet and lovely comments! I have enjoyed your company and I have still lots of photos to show …

Gorgeous fabric! A little bit of orange and a little bit of green. What more could Teje want I loved all the fabric in that shop. Don’t let me go anywhere near there! Avis x

Gorgeous fabric, Teje. I’d love to have a fabric shop like that where I live. What a shame your time in Finland is coming to an end; it has been great seeing your photos … but I’m sure Nero, Hannah and Foxy will be so pleased to see you when you get back.

Oh my, we’ll have the second game tonight! Will you be able to see the games once back home, Teje, is there an internet thingy to use? We needed to get that canalplus-sort of pay-channel to hear Mertaranta-commenting, this is a bit ridiculous (the first game was said to be seen in youtube in live, people are sort of angry-ish with this channels mess-up I suppose) but I must say I still love it! Go Finland!

I wish you had (and it really seems you did) most lovely, lovely time in Finland, and you’ll have a lot of new ideas and memories to your creations! I wish you wonderful days of May!

  Thank you Mia! I’m happily home with Nero and the girls and we are all so happy!
  I don’t think I’m able to see the games but I keep thumbs up! I heard about the mess with channels – many had bought the card but could see them because of different contracts. I hope they show most of the games in free channels!
  I bought many beautiful fabrics and found some thin carpet rug from my mom’s store – I have new ideas for that but who knows when I find any free time.
