Oh Teje! What wonderful pictures you captured of the sea!
Thank you! The sea is just amazing today! x Teje
Thank you for all the lovely links. The sea is such a powerful thing! Have a great week : )
Thank you Carla! I’m happy if I could share something beautiful I have seen – links and the sea! x Teje
Lovely photos of the sea, even with the big waves crashing onto shore. I do love to watch the sea. Your new blocks are so fun. They look like they could be tumbling in the wind.
Thank you Terri! The sea was just amazing today and it was too bad that I couldn’t take more and better photos! But it was so strong wind and rain that I don’t think my camera could have managed.
x Teje
oh my teje! thank you for sharing all this with us, and for risking your camera for these photos of the ocean. i love to see the ocean in all its moods, even if it can be a little scary sometimes.
love your quilt blocks, a new table runner?
and thank you for introducing your other blog, where have i been? i have just enjoyed a lovely visit and you know, i can see myself there for real someday! your appartments look perfect and the food, ummm. i’m your newest subscriber!
xxx lori
Thank you so much Lori! I never get tired for watching the sea – it’s always different and mostly I enjoy seeing it like today – with huge waves, those white foams and beautiful colours!
It would be amazing to really meet one day! I think often your coming journey to Africa!
Thank you for subscribing to my blog!
x Teje
Those are great photos Teje, we should never underestimate the power of the sea. Your new quilt pieces are looking great…I am in a naming mode again and the name “compass” came to mind!! The pieces look like a pathway with a direction! I hope your storm is over soon.
Jane x
Thank you Jane! I’m so happy you told me your idea for a name – it’s perfect! We hope to have better weather from Thursday. We really miss spring!
x Teje
Wow, what an incredibly powerful ocean! That looks amazing. Part of the reason I will never live at the beach.
Thank you for your comment! The sea looks so beautiful but can be difficult to live very close. We are living about 5 km from the sea and that’s good. In 10 min. I’m on the beach and I can see it.
x Teje
Gosh, that sea is really stirring and churning, isn’t it? Great pictures to capture that force at work! I am also loving your little brown and white blocks… and what a darling bird on your work bench today!! Hope you are keeping dry!
Thank you Christie! I never get tired to watch the sea – every day it looks different! x Teje
What neat photos Teje! Thanks for sharing and I’m so glad you don’t live in that house!
Thank you Connie! x Teje
Those are great pictures of the sea. Wow it sure was stirred up. I can’t wait to see what you do with your squares.
Thank you Linda! The weather was unbelievable yesterday! We have had the most long and cold winter and we are waiting so much sunny days to enjoy outside! I’m happy to hear that you have already spring! x Teje
That was quite a storm you were having! Great pictures of it’s fury.
I can see you have an idea forming with those squares. Whatever it becomes, I know it will be beautiful!
Thank you so much Sage! It was so strong wind and rain that even Nero didn’t like to go out for a long. Fortunately today it didn’t rain at all and the weather is getting better.
x Teje
Amazing stormy photos, Teje! I love watching the sea in all its moods! Your new blocks are looking good. Have a great week.
Helen x
Thank you Helen! With that stormy weather, the sea was really fantastic! Today it was more calm and didn’t rain, so I went to ‘hunt’ for more treasures to the beach!
Have a lovely day! x Teje
Hi! I just popped in from Fabric Tuesday. I love your blocks, and all of your photos.
) Nice to *meet* you. Hugs to Nero and his furry friends.
xo
Kelli
Thank you Kelli! I’m happy to meet you, too! x Teje
I love to watch a storm, but from indoors with a hot drink anda log fire!!! Thanks for the photos, I hope the people in that house were ok. Thanks for the links, I’m offto work now, but look forward to visiting your friends tonight
Thank you Benta! That house is empty and ruined – we can see why! But the sea looks great. Today it’s calm and beautiful. Finally we have sunshine!
x Teje
Stunning photos from the sea! Difficult to imagine such wild weather your side… We have been to Crete three times and always had lovely weather. I hope your camera didn’t get damaged.
Lovely blocks!
Thank you Astrid! In winter we have strong winds but most of the year the weather is wonderful! x Teje
Beautiful yet little scary (those waves!) pictures, Teje, thank you so much! And your sewing table looks wonderful, I just can’t wait to see what all that will be…pretty birds and all…
Have a wonderful weekend!
Yours,
Mia
Thank you Mia! Now the weather is getting better and yesterday I got beautiful photos from the same spot! I wish you great weekend! x Teje
