Teje, I hope you feel better soon and that you get some spring weather (I’ve been gardening this weekend – unbelievable in February!). Your mini quilt is gorgeous and I love the quilting. Looking forward to your tutorial.
Thank you so much Fiona! x Teje
I like how you quilted this one and I agree that the circles do make it look like candy.
the quilting is amazing! hand quilted swirls, yeah!
I love the colors of this quilt. How bright and cheery! Sorry to hear you have a cold, hope you get better soon!
Love the hand quilting! It’s still quite cold here, and manybe we’ll have some more snow tomorrow!
I hope you are feeling much better soon
It is positively balmy here! 11 degrees. The daffodils are just beginning to pop! Avis x
What a lovely little quilt, I love the colours and the quilting does remind me of candies! I do hope you are soon better, and your cough clears up….sometimes they do last a long time….hope you have some sunshine this week to help!
Helen x
You have talent to mix colors and fabrics. I love your blog!
Teje, your quilt is adorable! And I absolutely love your hand quilting. So inspiring.
Get well, Teje. Colds are no fun.
Love your quilt. The solid backing really shows up your beautiful quilting!!
Cute little mini! I love the colors, which remind me of spring/summer. Love the quilting details too.
This little quilt is a beauty! I love the circular quilting! That a pretty dog in the background, too!
Sorry to hear you have a cold, horrible isn’t it I love the quilting on the sweets, perfect!
Hi!! I love your quilting!! Almost spring!! Lucky you……… Have a great day!! AnneK:-)
This is so beautiful Teje and I love the handistiched details!!
Hi Teje, you did an amazing job quilting. The lines are so beautiful and I really like the way the curves and spirals match with the triangles of the patchwork. It brings the quilt to live.
I’m sorry to hear you have a cold; it usually takes away so much energy, even when you’re not really sick. I hope you will feel better soon.
hugs, Dorien
You know, I reckon handstitchery absolutely MAKES a quilt and yours is FAB.
oh i love your little quilt teje, the hand stitches are so pretty. that is my favorite part of all. i hope you feel better and take good care of yourself, stay warm and cozy. xxx lori
Colds are no fun at all. Stay warm and rest under one of your lovely quilts. Princess Dustbunny loves the hand quilting which makes your work so special. She has instructed me to be sure and add that to her quilt! Shows you what she knows–that would take me a month of Sundays to replicate your round candies, and they would be far from round. : )
I hope you are feeling better Teje, we had a cold that went all round the family and took a month to go! Take it easy, rest and enjoy some crafting. This is a lovely quilt you have shown today. We are really enjoying some pre spring weather here :0) Take care,
Jane x
Love the hand quilting, Teje!!! The half flower peeking out looks fabulous!!! Hope you are feeling better.
Lovely quilt and I love the way you quilted it!
