So you did manage! This wonky flower looks great too. I can’t wait to see what you are going to do with these flowers. I have the same issue with yellow; not really my color. But at some point I noticed that it is necessary to have all colors in stash, because they just are needed. So one time I went to the fabric store and bought only fat quarters in colors I would usually ignore.
Hope you will have some nice weather!
Dorien
Thank you Dorien for your lovely comment! That was really good idea to all the missing colours!

Congrats on your 200th post! I think your circles would make great quilted slip covers for round throw cushions. What amazing pictures of the rainbows! That’s got to be lucky!
Thank you! Your idea for pillows sounds great!
x Teje
it seems like perfect weather for staying indoors and making such beautiful quilts teje, i love those cloudy photos. and the blue wonky flower is so pretty! i love your valentine hearts too, they are so cute!
congratulations on your 200th post, you must make your blog into a book, it would be lovely with all your sweet pet photos and your creations!
xo lori
Thank you Lori for your sweet words! I have seen that it’s possible to make a book with wordpress. That would be fun and great way to save all photos and crafts!

I love that double rainbow. I see them occasionally, but I never have my camera, or am driving, and somehow never get a picture of them.
Hi Teje, lovely to visit tonight, I am intrigued by your circles ….. I like the 15minutes Play blog and love to make “something out of nothing” – I made two very warm fleece backed blankets that way for our cold weather. You must be having much more rain than we in the UK, but it must have cheered you up to see the beautiful rainbow :0)
Have a lovely creative weekend,
Val xx
Thank you Val, for your lovely comment! Fleece blankets sounds so good! Normally we use heating only few hours in a day, but no it’s working all the time. Any way sooner than we realize, it’s hot hot again! Have a wonderful time and give hugs to Bella! x Teje
It is hard to believe your winter has been a bad one because your pictures of the waves and water look so inviting and warm.
I am glad you are making friends with those dogs. Are they strays?
YOur quilting projects are really nice. You have been really creative lately!
Thank you for your lovely comment!
I guess those dogs spend they time all the summer near to this beach and the taverna ther is. But in winter there is no one, so they are quite alone. They look good so perhaps someone feeds them.

Lovely flowers, I look forward to seeing what you do with them!
Teje, congrats on your 200 post! Love your ‘wonky color circle flowers’! Perhaps you can use them as applique on a quilt? A pity you have such cold weather, but soon it’s spring and summer your side… Keep warm!
Love your little flowers and congrats on 200 posts!
Thank you Melissa! x Teje
I love circles, can’t wait to see how your mini quilt progresses! And the beautiful double rainbow is the most wonderful sign!
Blessings!
Thank you for your lovely comment! x Teje
Wow 200 posts Teje…well done. I love reading them all. Great new work..such fun to see Nelli napping. I am sure she is a terrific mouser, our Billy certainly is! Have a lovely weekend and I hope your sunshine returns soon,
Jane x
Thank you Jane! Today we had sunshine but very very cold strong north wind. I had a walk with dogs wearing my Finnish winter coat! Have a great weekend! x Teje
Wow. Love the work and the scenery! Our winter has been mild and without snow (NY)… stinky.
Congratulations on your 200 posts! Love the new patchwork wonky circles, they look very effective. I enjoyed seeing the blue sea and rainbow skies in your cheerful post today.
Happy weekend to you and the furry friends.

What fun little circles that will be part of something beautiful when you’re finished…and I love the pictures of Crete…especially the rainbows!
Just when I start to gush over your beautiful quilting you share that double rainbow. I never get a good photo of rainbows and you did. Beautiful.
Two almost full rainbows must mean a long, varm summer is coming soon. Your circles are beautiful Terje
Thank you so much Cille! I hope you are right about the rainbows! x Teje
Those are lovely flower blocks. I can’t wait to see what you make with them in the end!
You have such a lovely blog. Congrats on 200 posts!
That is wonderful. I love your flowers and can’t wait to see what you ‘do’ with them. And I am also thinking of doing the New York Beauty quilt along, but we will see how time works for me this spring!
Hope the sun starts to shine more often for you! Hugs! Vickie
Thank you Vickie! I would love to do the New York Beauty quilt along, but I think I don’t have time.
Sunshine to you, too! x Teje
Thank you for being a constant source of entertainment and inspiration.
I am very far behind in my blog reading. (A puppy is A LOT of work.
) Your pictures sure are pretty. The double rainbow is quite beautiful. We have had a strange winter too. Not much snow, but a lot of rain. As always, your sewing is very nice. Can’t wait to see what else you made.
