You live in such a beautiful place. Thanks for showing us. I love your quilt, the design and colors are perfect.
Hi!! Beautiful pictures!! I can`t belive the rainy weather!?:-) I was always afraid of the stray dogs in Athens…. But I feed the cats:-) Have a nice weekend!! AnneK:-)
Lovely quilt! That striped sashing really makes the blocks pop. Love seeing all the wonderful creatures in your neighborhood. They sure do bring a smile to me face. Those yellow flowers are a wonderful sign of spring hope!
What a beautiful place you live, rainy or not! Your quilt is equally beautiful! Enjoy a great weekend and try to stay dry!
I’m sorry it’s so cold and wet!! My friend who lives in Sitia is here in Southern California waiting out the cold! Your photos and your bright, happy quilt are lovely.
Your quilt is beautiful. I love that even the stormy day photos are so bright. We are getting snow here right now so your yellow flowers are beautiful to see.
Lovely quilt, and I love the striped fabric you have used. What can we do about the weater, not much I’m afraid. Before you know it is spring and summer!
it’s so beautiful there teje, i hope your staying warm and dry! it was so sweet of you to give bisquits to those lovely dogs. and i love your quilt, it looks like you are making your own sunshine!
We had snow again on Thursday night, but haven’t had rain for a long time. I now have a week from school, yippee. I hope to get lots of sewing done, but I have other jobs that I should have been doing in the last 5 weeks but have put off until now!
Hope you are having a nice weekend. It is so cold here and last night we got snow so training was cancelled and we are cuddled up at home today. It sure is pretty were you live. I feel sorry for the dogs and cats with no home. I am sure the bad weather is hard on them.
Good morning Teje! It seems that Saturdays are better weather days than Fridays! At least it will give you a reason to finish your lovely pink quilt ….. not that I think you need any excuse to enjoy your quilting :0)
My blog at Bella Bag is closing down soon, so please would you add our new Blogland address
http://sunshineattic.wordpress.com
and pop over to visit us there ….. we would love to see you again :0)
Have a lovely “whatever the weather week”
Val xx
You really live at such a beautiful island. Those dogs, are they living on the streets? That’s something which we don’t know in our country.
I hope you had a great weekend with lots of sewing.
groetjes, Dorien
Thank you Dorien! Unfortunately here are lots of homeless dogs and cats. I’m not sure about these, but I think they don’t have home. It has been difficult for me to get used to this because also in Finland you don’t see any dog or cat out alone.
Wishes! Teje
