I’m in love
Thank you so much for this!! I’ll try it for sure
Kisses
Angie
Thank you Angie!!! I’m happy you like this tree! It is really easy to make and you can use other materials too, if you like. I hope you will make one!
x Teje
Oh, that is adorable. I don’t think I have the patience to make it though.
What a great idea for a tree. I remember making “paper trees” when I was a child. We also used the folded books to as a Angel’s skirt, (we spray painted it gold). Hadn’t thought of those in years.
Thank you Linda! I heard about these ‘book-trees’ just last year from my aunt in Finland and then I saw them also in internet. Thank you for telling about the Angels – that is a great idea! Have a great weekend! x Teje
I love your tree! It is beautiful!
Thank you Ellen for your visit and kind words! This was fun and quick project! I have had your Your felted trees in my mind since I saw them and I really want to make one or more! I’m happy to see that my readers have visited you – I didn’t want to use any your photo in my blog because then easily someone thinks I have made them. I hope you have wonderful Christmas time! x Teje
what a cute little project! I do love white christmas trees, which make the holiday season feel even more festive.
Thank you Terri! This is my first ever white Christmas tree and I love it! I think this year I will decorate more with white because there is no snow! x Teje
That is one of the cutest Christmas tree projects I’ve seen in a long time! SO adorable! I hope you will have a wonderful Christmas and that all of your furry friends get extra treats in their stockings.
Thank you Anne! I’m happy to hear from you! I think this small tree became quite funny and happy! Merry Christmas to you, too and all the best to your family! x Teje
PS. Need to prepare stockings for our ‘children’!
Beautiful! Reminds me of something Suessy.
Blessings, Debbie
Thank you Debbie for your visit and kind words! x Teje
Such a great wee project. These look amazing!
Thank you for your visit and lovely comment! x Teje
This looks great, what a good idea! Warm wishes, Kelly
Thank you Kelly! Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
That’s a great idea!
Thank you Kathryn for your visit and kind words! x Teje
Adorable…loved the addition of the snow flakes.
Thank you Melissa! It is really fun how those fleece stripes turn on their own and look like a white tree with snow flakes! x Teje
What a super cute idea!
Thank you for your visit and sweet comment! x Teje
This is adorable! I love that you used scraps and other bits that you had lying around. Wonderful! Thanks for linking up!
Thank you Angie! That is the way I get my ideas watching the materials around me and fortunately I keep almost everything! Sometimes I get so frustrated with all the ‘materials’ but when I get an idea I find what I need. Today I got new idea with ‘throw away’ pieces – I’m looking forward to make and show them! I hope you don’t mind even I linked something else than sewing, but the material is from quilt and I even sew few stitches!
Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
Great idea, and perfectly executed!
Thank you Beth for your sweet words! Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
Beautiful!
Thank you for the great instructions.
Your tree is simply beautiful.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas season.
Thank you Andrea! I’m so happy that you like this small tree! It was fun to make and it looks so happy! Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
Cute little trees! and that folded paper tree reminds me of when I was a child and we used to fold Reader’s Digest like that and spray them with gold and silver paint for the holidays.
Thank you Ally! How nice to bring you memories! I hand’t seen this kind of paper trees since last year. Thay are so great because you can decorate them with so many ways and if you read Linda’s comment she had a great idea to make Angels with them! x Teje
Well Teje! What a brilliant idea! I love the way you have used what you already had – and that idea put it all together. The tree is really quite lovely. I’d use the glue if I were you, because that tree is worth keeping. At least, I think so. And I think the book is happy underneath it. How did you manage to make it snow on your blog? You are wonderful.
Thank you for your sweet message! I’m happy to be able to use materials I have because here it’s difficult to find materials. Even I didn’t use clue I’m sure I keep this tree which became so cute. I just need to store it in a safe box.
For the wordpress blogs it started to snow yesterday! You find it from your dashboard – settings – general – and there the last one is ‘snow’. I think it’s available till 4. of January. I guess I miss a little bit white snow!
Have a great weekend! x Teje
This is so cute Teje!! I wonder if you could also pin it to a foam cone shape?
Thank you Kirsten! Those foam cone shapes would be perfect! And it would be easy to make with pins or a clue and the tree would be strong enough. I forgot them because can’t find from here. Thank you for your idea! Have a lovely weekend! x Teje
What a great idea, especially from scraps! I love ikea fleece blankets!
Thank you Benta! You never know what scraps can become a treasure! Have a lovely time! x Teje
Absolutely fabulous Christmas tree Teje, I love it. Thanks for showing how you did it too. xo
Thank you Cathy for your sweet comment! x Teje
Hi Teje,
I cannot believe it either, December already! And I love your little tree, what a wonderful creation!
Wishing you the happiest weekend and lovely 2nd Advent tomorrow and joyful Independence Day too on 6th!
Yours,
Mia
Hi Mia! Time is flying! I’m happy to hear that you like my way to get some ‘snow’ for the Christmas! Have a lovely time and Good Independence Day!

Hello Teje!
Your little tree is just magical. Such a very clever idea!
Well, if I’d been a bit more “on top of it”, I’d had read down a few more posts and wouldn’t have had to ask what your tree was made from. I really love it–maybe I’ll make an attempt of my own!
What a fatastic tree Teje just found it from the Being Creative Flickr group – it looks so professional and soooo soft!! Thanks for the tutorial you are so clever!
