Teje, you’ve been really, really busy! How do you manage it?
I’ve just had fun looking at the V&A patchwork maker – what a great idea!! I think you need a photo with a very strong shape / colour contrasts for it to work well, but some of the quilt designs are very impressive!
Your sure have been busy. Still love the kitty pillows! I guess it won’t be too long before we will have to dig out our socks.
Hi Teje..those travel cat cushions really make me smile..what a sense of humour they have to them! Those socks are gorgeous colours..for enormous feet? You have done such a lot of work!
It’s a national holiday here in the US, so I am enjoying a beautiful day off this Monday. Might do some work in the garden and finish a couple drawings in my sketchbook. Love your sock work! Socks are fun to make, aren’t they? Looks like you’re keeping quite busy with the baby quilt project and finishing the pillows too. Happy week to you!
That pattern-creating site is really awesome. I might have to finally make another quilt (I did one, years ago, when I was about 10, with my grandma’s help, but haven’t done any quilts since then).
your pinwheel quilt is so fun! I love the colors
Hi!! You are makeing so many nice things these days!! But do you realy need the wool socks??:-) Maybe in february? I spend an easter on Create and I can remember snow on the top of a mountain…… Love the cat pillow……And your sunny pictures!! Here in Oslo it is raining and raining and raining. Lucky you in the sun……. Anne:-)
What a cute kitten block!
You have many fun projects! I love the socks, I am knitting mittens. And that quilt is so lovely, the pillows so cute. Thank you for sharing them all and that link to the V&A is very fun, thanks.
You are so busy! I lovecthe orange socks and quikt, and the cat cushions are really sweet! I have been to V & A, but now I will follow your link to their site, thank you
Love the solids quilt. And the colours of the socks. But the cat cushions are so sweet and beautifully quilted. Great post.
Your cat pillow is soo cute!!
Those kitty cushions made me smile. Thanks for brightening my morning!
Hello Teje! Thanks for visiting in my blog. Now I get one favourite blog more! You have so much interesting there in your blog. Those cat pillows are so nice. Regards to Nero
Love the kitty pillows–they are so cute and sweet. Knitting socks is way past my exterprise, but I read Crochet with Raymond (Raymond is a kitty in New Zealand)(crochethealingandraymond.wordpress.com) and she is into socks all over the place. Hug to Nero and all his buddies.
Wow! You are a busy lady! I love the traveling kitty pillows! Thanks for sharing!
Such fun socks and your pillow is great!
Thanks for linking up to {Sew} Modern Monday and have a great week!
I love your kitty triangle pillows. The right touch of wonkiness.
Your pinwheels quilt is lovely! Thanks for the link to the V&A site too!
You have a lovely selection of projects
What a cute little kitty pillow!
Those kitty cushions are SO lovely. Great job Teje
Those cat pillows are adorable! You did a wonderful job of them.
Oh Teje,
I love the traveler-cat pillows (maybe as I have just traveled myself) and they’re just like little Stavros on his way to Finland with his luggage! Lovely! And an another baby-quilt? Your work is so beautiful, wouldn’t mind having one (yet BIGGER!) myself either
Happy quilting!
Yours,
Mia
haha!! The cats are wonderful
i like the commissioned baby quilt. pretty!
Oh my goodness, I never knew there were so many linkies going on!
Loving the baby quilt and love the hand quilting, though I have never considered using a quilting line to attach the binding, I use a blindstitch…. But I do a double layer bias binding, so that may not work so good? Cool to see all the different ways of doing the same old thing!
Never did get to the V&A museum, but there is always next time. And boy does that link look like fun!
Hello Teje, Your socks look warm! Do you need those on the island? Hee.hee! Have you become a reply blogger yet? I tried to look up some info but couldn’t find an answer for you about it, hoping you did. Thanks for the link up plug, come over anytime, it’s not just Sunday but everyday! Have a wonderful week!
I’m sure Stavros is happy to be so honored like that! What adorable pillows!
