O Teje, what a happy ending to such a sad story. How awful that people throw away cats. You are just so kind to help Stavros and I am sure he’ll have a wonderful new life in Finland with your dear friend. Enjoy him until he goes, what a sweet, sweet kitten. Take care,
Jane x
What a bundle of fun!! So glad you could save Stavros, Teje and find him a new home.
Stavros is so cute! What a happy ending to a sad story.
Adorable!!
Teje,
What a great post! I had to laugh out loud about the magazine reading. My cats really enjoy the newspaper. I am so sorry about the other kitten but am very happy for Stavros. Does Nero like?
Dear Cheryl, Thank you for your sweet comment! I would love to see your cats! Unfortunately Nero hasn’t meet Stavros, because Nero has had problems with his ear. He will tell about that soon. Small kittens are so cute and funny! Xxx Teje
I enjoyed reading about tiny Stavros – such an adorable kitten and although the story was sad at first I’m so glad it had a happy ending. I got really caught up reading this post! The photos are very sweet. Have a happy weekend, Teje.

Love your story!! I lived in Athens from 97-99, and I was feding a lot of cats around where we lived. And we got a tiny white cat, the same way as you. Found it outside a sunday morning. It stayed with us for about 6 months. It was white with blue eyes- and deaf!! So I got a heart for greek cats and your lovely islands……..and I feel realy sorry for the economic trouble Greece are in now…… Have a nice weekend!! AnneKari:-)
How nice of you to save this little helpless one. His life will be good now because you helped. God bless you. I hope Nero is all better soon.
Hi Teje..you have a heart of gold, rescuing and helping this kitty! It is very cute and playful..full of kittycat energy! Your magazines will not be safe with it around. Enjoy your weekend!
How gorgeous is stavros Teje! I loooooved that last hoto with his little back legs a blur as he runs out of the photo! You must be having fun with such a little ball of mischief, and your dogs are such sweeties not eating him in one gulp!
Loved those stairs, wow, it’s like you live in my ultimate holiday destination! So beautiful :OD
Have a lovely time with darling little stavros, he couldn’t ask for a kinder person to care for him and give him the love he needs
Love Alice and Raymond XXXXX
Teje, you are an angel. She will have a great home and your dogs will be wonderful to her. Enjoy!
Lovely to meet you Stavros. You know I checked Wikipedia and they haven’t updated Crete’s exports to include pets to Finland, they will do soon I’m sure!
What a lovely, adorable little kitten. Your photo’s are great too. Hope all is well with Nero?
Stavros, you are one lucky kitteh to have found your temporary home! I’m sure you’ll do well in Finland–just think, you’ll have a big journey you can tell us about!
I sure hope Nero’s ear problem hasn’t gotten worse. We are sending all kinds of warm and healing wishes his way.
Hello Teje,
I am so happy you gave home to that little star! It just makes me SO angry that people toss animals like they were toys, it happens here in Finland too, unfortunately, and especially after summer. Stavros is a cutest, and just look at that little tail…I’m in love! Kiss him (it’s a boy, I’m guessing?) for me, please!
Happy weekend dear friend!
Yours,
Mia
Cute story and even cuter kitten! Hurray for happy endings =)
Stavros is very lucky! We now have 2 cats that we found starving last summer. Bella only weight 1.5 lb and was about 8 weeks old. She had a respiratory infection, ear mites and worms. Both are spoiled indoor cats now.
Nero, thanks for stopping by my blog, I keep trying to reply to your comments but it comes back no-reply and when I click on your mistress’s name it sends me to your blogger site.
Oh my word! Not sure how I missed this post. What a sad start for this dear lttle chap. So glad he’s been rescued. How can people be so cruel! Ros
I am so sad about her sister. But how beautiful to see this kitten alive and joyful, coming down those beautiful white stairs. You are good, Teje.
