Hello Sister!
How funny to see that tea towel on your blog – lovely!
Do you remember “Mary Jane” whio had that coffee shop in Rowlands Castle? She was in our wedding as well so you must have met her. She was the one who painted all those buildings of the village and got the towels printed.
Also, do you remember “Herbie”, the landlord of the Fountain pub there and who sang and played guitar in our wedding? he was just in the tv here in a program called “Britain’s Got Talent”.
So all those memories in a tea towel there, far far away in Crete!
I’m off to Portsmouth now…
Lots of Hugs!!
ps. Have you looked at our new web site yet?
Hello dear sister! I wish they show that show here, it would be nice to see Herbie again! Rowlands Castle is so cute village and this tea towel is a lovely souvenir from there! I have added your link in my post so that my friends can see your unique leather work! Hugs! Xxx Teje
Hope you have a great time with your friend, Teje!
Looks like a beautiful day in your part of the world! I love seeing photos of the poochies hanging by the pool and the beach. What a perfect travel set to have, with all the necessary items. I always have fun trying on hats so it’s fun to see you doing it too. Love the final choice the best! Fun to see your newest sewing project too.
Thank you Terri! I had fun with my friends when taking these photos. I didn’t think that Nero wears the hat, but he didn’t mind (with tasty goodies everything is possible). Now my favorites are hexagons; it’s always nice to make something different and new! X Teje
Oh oh, what a tough choices to make Hanna! Lucky you, it is going to be hot weather for a lot more days, so you can wear both hats day after day!
Teje, I love the wonky hexagons. What a great idea to make them wonky.
I wish you all a very happy blog-holiday. Enjoy!!
I love Hanna’s face in that first pic! She is such a sweetie.
x
Hahaha, your looking good in that hat!! Enjoy your friends company and the vacation time!
love your hexies! The fabrics are great! And I love how they’re all different but could all go together.
I love the hexies. I have the blue fabric from the middle of the hexi rings, its so pretty, like all of the fabrics
This just made me laugh and then my husband walked by and he started laughing, too! Tell Hanna that naturals are in this year! Have a great vacation.
The 2 brown dawgs think the sun hats look very nice, but that swimming pool looks nicer! They would be tempted to go for just a little swim. Glad to hear Nero’s ear is better. Have a nice holiday!
Nice hexagon blocks, and even better view!! Wow!!
So pretty! You are a great sewer!
Thanks for linking up to Making It With Allie! I can’t wait to see what you have for next week!

Your hexies are lovely!
Your posts always make me smile Teje. It is now SO hot for you. Have a wonderful holiday and see you soon. Take care,

Hat choices are always difficult, lol! Your quilting project are very nice, I love your wonky hexagons, wonky is my favorite style!
It looks just lovely there, Teje! And believe it or not – it was +30,1c here yesterday too, yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! That was a long yippee
but I KNOW that you understand my happiness after a long and hard winter and rainy band cold spring… It’s just wonderful! And your patchwork is so beautiful, I just love the colors!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Yours,
Mia
As usual, your wry and sunny way of seeing things has made me smile. I hope you enjoy your visit, and your vacation. I love these dogs of yours, and the hat was very funny. I feel like I can reach out and pat their soft ears and fuzzy face. Now I will have to go and hug my own puppies. Please kiss Nero for me. And tell him – girls are not always as wonderful as he would hope.
Dear Teje,
what beautiful pictures…
Send you and your sweet Pets a big Hug and Kisses and many, many Greetings!
Thank you so much for your Comment and i wish you a beautiful and happy Week,
Marion
Gorgeous photos! The ‘wonky’ hexagons work…so cool. : )

Hi Teje, haven’t had much time to visit lately, but it’s good to be back! The photos with the hats are so cute. Hope you’re having a lovely time with your friends
Nero, I sure hope you get out of that collar soon. Mom hasn’t been doing her proper blog visiting here lately, but she’s getting back in the game! The hat becomes you though! It sounds like you all really need all those hats, and shade and maybe a cool breeze somewhere? Wow–it sure has been hot there!
Teje, enjoy your time with your friend! It’s always fun to have visitors.
