You live in Eden!
That looks so pretty! Can I come and visit someday??
Thanks for all the beautiful landscape and flower pictures – the weather is starting to warm up here, but we are still a ways from blooming flowers and green grass.
Another lovely post. The colours in your crochet are gorgeous.

Thank you Emma! I love colours – I couldn’t live with just white & black. Even it is about yarn, fabric or paint – always the colour is my inspiration! Have a wonderful weekend! Teje
Hi Teje, lovely purple colours and some great photos here. I am glad you have sorted out your computer, how did we manage without them?! It is such glorious weather here…23oc in the shade today and I am sitting in my garden thinking I may need to move into the shade…we are competing with Crete! Enjoy your sun, we are promised a bar-b-q weekend here…bliss!
Jane x
Hello Jane! I’m so happy to hear that you have lovely weather! My sister told the same from south England. Here it’s not so warm; it was sunny day but not warm enough to sit outside because of the strong wind. Never mind, there will be many days for that. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy your b.b.q! Teje
I am intriegued with what you are doing to the grey jacket, is it knitted? Or felt? Are you making the sleeves longer? It looks very clever!
Dear Benta, you’re right, Im making the sleeves longer. I don’t know why this old knitted (bought) jacket is so comfortable. Now I took it again from the store and had inspiration to fox it. I think it’s even a little bit felted because washed so often. I shall make ‘grannies’ to the hem and also to crochet all aroung. I’ll show it when it’s ready. Have a wonderful weekend! Teje
Those grannies look fun!
I don’t know what I like best in this post! OK, all of it!! Your flowers against the blueberry painting is stunning and I love that lone poppy against the blue flowers. Great photos, Teje!!
Thank you so much! I look so much more around me now when I can share everything with my blog friends. The nature is full of flowers and beauty especially in this time of the spring! But sometimes I’m too shy to take a photo like yesterday when lots of sheeps passed me. I took a photo of the sheeps but didn’t dare about the man with his black dog. I wish you wonderful weekend! Teje
AH!! I caught my breath at the very first picture. How amazing are the creations of the earth. How complex and bold and alien and beautiful!! You have done so well, playing with the color. The painting with the purple flowers – the light – the village – everything. Breath-taking every step. And the walk you must take to the store? WONDERFUL. I love the trim on the jacket, and I believe I could, in fact, see the colors. But I know what you mean about too much light. And I know how frustrating computers can be – which is why I use a Mac. I have not had these problems for thirty years. Having someone rearrange your computer is like having someone come into your house and change everything. Thank you for this post. Thank you.
Hi! Thank you so much for your lovely message! I think slowly I learn to ‘look close enough’! Colours are very important to mee and I enjoy them so much! I do wish I could have Mac – I started with that when working in an architect office in Finland. Here we couldn’t choose that because it would have been too difficult to find any help – too bad! You are so right that it feels strange that someone strange works with your computer. I wish you wonderful weekend! Teje
I adore purple so I’m loving your purple Friday. Gorgeous flowers and painting too! Enjoy your weekend – sounds lovely.
where you live is so beautiful Teje! and your jacket is going to look goegeous! Can’t wait to see the reveal!
XXXXX
Thank you Alice! I didn’t have anything to crochet for a while and it feels good to do something, even small. Have a wonderful weekend! ‘See you’ Sunday morning?! Teje
That top photo is fabulous! I also love what you are going to do with the jacket, and can’t wait to see how it turns out.
Have fibery fun in your corner of Paradise!
Oh, it is gorgeous where you live! I am so envious! And that is a beautiful painting!
Lovely views Teje. Thanks for the look around and I love that yarn
your photos are so beautiful.
I really like your painting and I like how you crocheted the edges on your jacket. Very nice.
Your photos are just so wonderful. One day I would love to visit and experience the beauty you live in. Thank you for sharing.
Happy Fiber Arts Friday!
What a beautiful part of the world you live.
Best of luck with your computer! The yarn is lovely as are your photos!
Beautiful photos. A pox on the evil people attacking your computer.
That painting is really incredible! I too like the way you mixed the colors and that frame is the icing on the cake! And I am always so amazed at how beautiful your gardens are. So happy and bright! Have a great weekend!
Your photos are so beautiful – thank you for sharing them!
The photos of the flowers and the blueberry painting are beautiful. I love the color of the yarn. I bet it will make a great jacket. Sorry to hear about your computer. That is no fun. Glad to hear it was fixed!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. It is always so nice when you do!
Hi Teje,
Sorry to hear about your computer problems; I’m glad it is okay now. Again, your pictures are beautiful. You have such a great eye to see the beauty in everything, and you know how to make a beautiful picture of it. Since purple is my favourite colour, I really love the painting you show. I’ve always known Greece is beautiful, but ever since you show all these pictures of Crete, I have been nagging with my husband to go there for a holiday!!
groetjes, Dorien
