Love the circular quilting on your bag! Congrats on a great finish!! And I also follow Rebecca’s blog and look forward to her quilting classes! Hugs!
Great bag, Teje! I like the way the strap you’ve made the strap.
Awww, it’s beautiful. That’s the kind of bag you take everywhere to show it off. Love the way you did the strap too, very original.
Cool bag! I love how big it is, perfect for the beach or filling up at the market. Love the pockets and strap too. Have fun with it.
Thank you Terri! It is really good size – space for my handbag-things and for a notebook, even for a crochet! Have a lovely weekend! Teje
I LOVE you bag! Two bags in one, indeed. The colors are great on both sides and I love how you constructed the straps.
I’m not sure of a name for the bag but I sure hope you enjoy your beautiful handiwork.
Happy Fiber Arts Friday!
Have a beautiful weekend too.
That is a very good bag you have made Teje, your strap idea is ingenious! I like to wear some of my bags across the shoulder, it is much more comfy. The quilting is very beautiful. I have never quilted before and I must admit sewing is not high on my list of things to do, even my poor Hb sews his own buttons on, but I do love seeing other people’s creations. Have a great weekend, it’s pouring with rain here at the moment!

Wow, seriously way more than I’ve ever taken on. I bow to your skills! Beautiful.
I like the circle quilting over the patchwork!
The bag turned out beautifully. I really like the strap idea.
We are finally getting some Spring time weather. Have a great weekend Teje and Nero!
Wonderful bag, and I love the size, EVERYTHING will fir in! And genius to have two different sides, matching the days feel and of course: the outfit
Happy and sunny weekend, Teje!
Yours,
Mia
I bet if you left that bag open on the floor, Nellie would go and lay right inside of it.
Very nice … and happy fiber arts Friday!
Seriously an amazing work of art! Quilting is beyond fascinating to me. Thank you for sharing!
Wow Teje, it is amazing! you are sooooooooooooo clever!!!! Thats not just a bag, thats an incredible bag!
XXXXX
I don’t know how you do it! Another great make.
x
The bag you made is incredibly beautiful. You worked hard to put in all those details — the pockets, the quilting, the adjustable strap. I am very impressed.
Thank you for the link to Rebecca’s blog, too.
Great bag Teje!! I love all the details, the fabric, the quilting and the straps are really clever! Never seen that before. You really are talented.
Have a great weekend, Dorien
I don’t know where to start… The design, or the fabric, of the quilting or the strap … I…LOVE…..IT! Thank you for sharing
Teje – I just adore that bag. The strap idea is fantastic. I’ve never seen anything like it. It solves the problem beautifully and simply.
Those bags are gorgeous, and the zipper just makes them perfect!
Wow, your sewing is fantastic. Lined, pockets and zippers, oh my! Thanks for sharing.
Happy Fiber Arts Friday!
Hello Teje that is a wonderful bag I have never made one with pockets and zipper ,it is very practical with the pockets I shall try even though I don’t know how ,but I will figure it out somehow I ‘m sure,I will check out the quilt lessons I am sure I don’t know everything LOL there is something we can learn from each other.xoxo theodora
Thank you Theodora! Pockets are easy ‘pieasy’…but the of course there was work with all the details. I don’t know when I have time to make next bag, but I was thinking to make then a tutorial. That could encourage people who are not sewing so much. I’m sure you can figure it out by yourself because you are making so many things. Xxx Teje
Your bag turned out beautifully..so professional looking. I admire the way you have made all the pockets as well. I would love to read your tutorial when you get around to making it.
That strap is brilliant! I love that you can wear it long or short. It was worth the effort to put the zipper in because your stuff is secure inside if the bag tips over.
so gorgeous! you must be so proud! xo m.
Wow Teje, the finished bag looks absolutely wonderful!! I love the original strap idea, and the two sides of the bag work sooo well. Hope you and Nero have a lovely week ahead.

What a lovely bag, Teje, I especially love how you quilted it!
What a fabulous bag! I love all those pockets!
Love that bag, The circle quilting on it is really perfect!
I love it! Found it thru Quiltstory’s Fabric Tuesday… It is beautiful and I am so happy to see a zipper in the top!
cute bag Teje, how did you get your circle quilting so even? I am attempting something similar but am having a hard time keeping the fabric and sewing machine from getting bunched up. And congrats on your 100th post and a Quiltstory plug! You deserve it with your wonderful creations! Best! Kelly
Love the bag!!
What a great bag!
What a great bad Teje! I love your quilting! Thanks for linking up to {Sew} Modern Monday. Have a wonderful week!
Lovely work…the bag looks great
Great bag! The zipper is great.
Love love LOVE the spiral quilting on your bags! So fabulous! And the zipper and all those different pockets and sections … wow, beyond impressive. Thanks for linking up to WIP Wednesday!
LOVE So cute, love the quilting too! Thanks for linking up to fabric tuesday!
I love your two bags in one, Teje. You can change which side you wear depending on your mood or what you are wearing. The quilting in circles is brilliant!!!
I found your blog over at peaceful life. Love this bag, I’ve never seen handles done like this before. This is definitely one for my list. Thanks for the tutorial
Thank you Maria! I’m so happy to hear that you like my bag! I wanted to try something new with the handles and for me this bag worked out so well and is very practical. x Teje
